Hello Hello!
Recently, we have accomplished something great. The last unit that was vacant had a client who move-in on Saturday. This means all the units we manage along the west coast which is over 200 units, are all occupied and we have a full occupancy rate 100%.
We still have inquiries regarding availabilites for beach / ocean front properties in Okinawa, however to be honest, there is no expected units coming out in the mean time.
For future reference, if we have anything coming up, we will adverties our listings through our homepage blog and also the the Okinawa hosuing page on Facebook.
