FRIENDLY NOTICE BEFORE THE HOLIDAY SEASONS

Hello Hello good tenants!

Today, I just wanted to give out a friendly reminder that since the holiday season is coming soon (Thanksgiving and Christmas) make sure to check up if there`s any major things you need as far as maintenance. You don`t want an oven not woking unexpectedly on Thanksgiving day. We will do our best to keep up with maintenance so our good tenants can have the best living condition we can offer. Checking the gas oven beforehand from Thanksgiving also prevents gas oven maintenance requests coming up at the same time which usually often results to maintenance delays.

During the Christmas season and close towards the end of the year, our office hours and operation days might change. However, we will keep you posted and updated for any changes of the operation hours due to holiday seasons. Throughout the year, we are open on American and Japanese holidays. Only during the new year seasons, our office will be closed for almost about a week which is really rare.
